Many people have moved from simply wanting to listen to music online, but wanting to see it. One of the premier places for music videos used to be YouTube, however they formed a joint venture with VEVO (www.vevo.com) to ONLY feature music videos. VEVO has been endorsed by many celebrities as the place to watch music, however many people still cling to YouTube and recently MTV released number that say more people watch videos on their site than VEVO. Have you ever heard of or been to http://www.vevo.com? What would it take to MAKE more people come to this site than YouTube, even when YouTube SAYS go to VEVO? Does YouTube backing VEVO give them an advantage over MTVvideos or is it the other way around? Why or why not? (Must be at least COMPLETE sentences or you will get ZERO CREDIT)

yes i have been to vevo. well i think people like youtube because they have been with the program for a long time. they know that youtube has any thing and everything. vevo is kind of slow. you have to wait for the little commercial and then they play the song. and while your waiting for the video it skips and stops maybe they can work on that.

I have never heard of VEVO. I get on the internet, but i don’t really ever pay attention to stuff like that. Maybe it’s something ill try out. I think that more people would start using VEVO if more people knew about it. I honestly think its something that would catch on eventually because it just music videos and people now days like watching just music videos with out all kinds of errors.

No i have not been to the Vevo website. I think that there is really no telling what youtube can do to make people come to their website. If youtube is saying go to vevo then how can they come back to youtube? Youtube is inspiring people to got to vevo then of course they are going to go to the Website they are given. Also the vevo thing can take advantage over some things because youtube is very popular so people are going to listen to them for being one of their favorite sites.

I’ve been to Vevo Once. I don’t like the site very much. I hate the Vevo video’s because of the fact that sometime when you watch them you the video’s are in very low quality. I mean other then that vevo is ok…. But i like Youtube a lot! better.

m tvs work uh well m tv has gotten real faomous since it killed radio in the late 70’s early 80’s they even got an m tv 2 that is mostly a stunt channel. it seems were entering a new age the techknoligy age rising from the ashes of the ages before it. yea i think vevo will give m tv a boost in ratings since the origanal m tv has lost viewers to music channels like pop central and cmt.

I have heard of vevo and i have been to the website but i think people that like youtube are wanting to stay with youtube because of all the videos you can watch. vevo like it said, you can only watch music videos because they are only sponsored to let people watch music videos. Ive saw Vevo videos on Youtube. But i think Youtube will always be more popular then Vevo. Youtube has been around longer then Vevo. But Youtube could always loose viewers. The viewers could start going to Vevo.com. Ive been on Vevo.com and its not as “simple” as Youtube.

I’ve been on VEVO before I didn’t like it as much as I liked youtube. with youtube I thought it was easier and more easy to find videos.
